All interested parties, in accordance with the Auction rules for purchase of energy to cover the transmission system losses in the year 2022 via the CROPEX trading platform, are invited to participate in the auction for delivery of energy to cover transmission system losses. Croatian Transmission System Operator Ltd. (hereinafter: HOPS) will cooperate with the Croatian Electricity Exchange Ltd. (hereinafter: CROPEX) through the CROPEX trading platform to select the most suitable bidders for the following products:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Group 1:
- Delivery period: from 1.1.2023. at 00:00 hours to 31.12.2023. at 24:00 hours.
- Delivery capacity and profile: 5 MWh/h every day for delivery period, from Monday – Sunday, from 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours. (43.800 MWh)
2. Group 2:
- Delivery period: from 1.1.2024. at 00:00 hours to 31.12.2024. at 24:00 hours.
- Delivery capacity and profile: 5 MWh/h every day for delivery period, from Monday – Sunday, from 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours. (43.920 MWh)
3. Group 3:
- Delivery period: from 1.1.2025. at 00:00 hours to 31.12.2025. at 24:00 hours.
- Delivery capacity and profile: 5 MWh/h every day for delivery period, from Monday – Sunday, from 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours. (43.800 MWh)
The place of delivery of electricity: is the transmission system of the Croatian Transmission System Operator d.o.o.
The auction is conducted for each group individually. The bidder may offer power less than 5 MWh / h, but not less than 1 MWh/h. The offered power must be rounded to an integer (1 MWh / h) and refer to the entire delivery period.
ECONOMIC SPECIFICATIONS:
- Terms of payment: 30 day following the reception of the original invoice
- Amount of guarantee for the proper performance: 8% of the value of the Contract

Platform Access Testing will take place on Monday, 28/03/2022 from 10:00 till 11:00h.
Auction will take place on Tuesday 29/03/2022 from 10:00h to 12:00h through CROPEX trading platform.
