In accordance with Articles 45 and 57 of the CACM Regulation, HOPS has prepared a proposal for the Multiple NEMO Arrangement (MNA) for the Croatian bidding zone, for which a 30-day public consultation was held (from November 21, 2025, to December 22, 2025).
As part of the public consultation, a workshop for all interested parties was held on December 16, 2025. Participants included interested Croatian market participants, representatives of CROPEX and BSP, the regulatory agency (HERA), and a law firm.

Based on the received comments/proposals, the final Draft of the Proposal of Multiple Nominated Electricity Market Operator (MNA) Arrangement for the Croatian bidding zone has been prepared and submitted to HERA for their opinion and instructions for further action.
