Public consultations under EU Regulations on establishing network codes on requirements for grid connection
- In the period of 12th April to 12th May 2017 NRA (HERA) had conducted the following public consultation “Call for Submission of Request for derogation Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1447 of 26 August 2016 establishing a network code on requirements for grid connection of high voltage direct current systems and direct current-connected power park modules”: https://www.hera.hr/hr/html/savjetovanje-2017-06.html
The proposals for the maximum capacity thresholds for generation modules types B, C and D are subject of the approval of the corresponding regulatory authority, (HERA). In accordance with the Article 5 (3) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/631 (NC RfG), during the procedure of making maximum capacity thresholds for generation models types B, C and D, HOPS in coordination with HEP DSO is obliged to carry out public consultation in accordance with the Article 10.
- In the period of 10th March to 10th April 2017 NRA (HERA) had conducted the following public consultation “Call for Submission of Request for derogation in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1388 of 17 August 2016 establishing a Network Code on Demand Connection”: https://www.hera.hr/hr/html/savjetovanje-2017-03.html
During the advisory procedure HERA did not receive remarks on the proposal for derogations in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the DCC.
- In the period of 19th October to 30th December 2016 NRA (HERA) had conducted the following public consultation “Call for Submission of Request for derogation in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/631 of 14 April 2016 establishing a network code on requirements for grid connection of generators”: https://www.hera.hr/hr/html/savjetovanje-2016-13.html
During the advisory procedure HERA did not receive the proposal for derogations in accordance with Articles 62 and 63 of the RfG.
